She, Little K, turned one and a half years (18 mos) old on Sunday. We sang happy birthday to her and of course she had ice cream (which by the way is one of the only words the kid speaks!)
Today was her well baby visit (well toddler visit?). She was not as cooperative as she usually is, but that was because they kept us locked up in the little exam room for nearly 40 mins waiting for the Dr!

Head : 46cm (same as 15 month)
Height : 33 inches (1 1/4 more than 15month)
Weight : 25lbs 7oz (1lb 1oz more than 15month)
Percentiles
Height : 91st
Weight : 68th
She only has a couple of words : Kitty Cat, Dadda, Hot, Pop, Back Pack. She has started to make more "sounds" Ssss, Ttttt, Maaa. She can Meow, Bark and Moo. She is really smart when it comes to following direction and identifying items (like in a book we can ask where is the Sun, where is the kite, where is the....and she always points right at the item). The pedi said we can call back to birth to three and have her evaluated again. They had told us she would be eligible at 18months if she was still not improving. I think I am going to wait 1 more month before calling though.

I know boys and girls vary wildly...
When Liam went, he exploded, and in the last couple months it's been incredible...I was starting to get concerned, kinda where you 'are', and then he really exploded with words, almost overnight. He went from not talking almost at all, to practically singing...
