This has been such a long week, actually a long month. Work has been so awful, just so much has gone wrong. I spend most days spinning in circles and pulling my staff in different directions.
I am in a management position and as the manager when my staff does something that causes problems or is wrong, I stand by them..coach them..train them..support them. That is the right thing to do right??
